Our goal is to get your Pure Hearted Co. is to get your items to you as fast as possible. Once orders are placed they are immediately sent to dispatch and processed within 3-7 business days. For higher volume days it may take 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your item is shipped. Please refer to USPS, UPS, or Fedex with your tracking number to check shipping updates.

All items are special order and final sale. There are no refunds or even exchanges at this time.

If you need assistance with a damaged item please email our support team at care@pureheartedco.com with the subject: damage/replacement and include your order number, picture, and name. Please allow 24 business hours for our customer service team to get back to you.  

Please note that all orders are sent to dispatch immediately after your order has been places, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Pleases note that items may ship from different facilities.  

Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. The Pure Hearted Co. is not responsible for orders lost, mishandles or misplace by UPS, FEDEX or USPS. 

If you are using PayPal, Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at facility, please  refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.

All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as The Pure Hearted Co.’s production partner doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen (see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage).

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Items may be shipped from different production facilities. Please inquire via customer service if you feel that you are missing items from your order.

To keep your Pure Hearted Co. garments looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:

Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle. Do not iron printed or embroidered areas. Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life. If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting
